AI makes use of <strong>sophisticated algorithms and advanced machine learning techniques<\/strong> that, supported by large amounts of data, enable systems to <strong>learn autonomously and continuously improve.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">GPUs: architecture and strategic role in AI<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primarily developed for graphics and gaming applications, <strong>GPUs<\/strong> have become <strong>crucial<\/strong> in the field of artificial intelligence due to their ability to <strong>perform high-speed parallel computations.<\/strong> Compared with traditional CPUs, which have an average of only a few cores (typically 4-8), GPUs possess thousands of cores, <strong>enabling them to process large volumes of data simultaneously and significantly accelerating the training of deep learning models.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Main technical advantages of GPUs in the AI domain<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Massive parallelism: <\/strong>The GPU architecture enables the simultaneous execution of thousands of operations, which is ideal for handling large amounts of matrix-structured data when training neural networks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Computational speed up: <\/strong>The use of GPUs dramatically reduces the training time of AI models, bringing processes that would take weeks to complete in a few hours or days.
