Gli smart watches sono orologi che possono eseguire un sistema operativo o eseguire delle app grazie al collegamento con lo smartphone. Inoltre possono includere caratteristiche pi\u00f9 avanzate del semplice cronometro: fotocamera, accelerometro, termometro, altimetro, bussola e GPS ne sono solo un esempio.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;uso dei <strong>device da polso<\/strong> ha destato curiosit\u00e0 gi\u00e0 da qualche tempo e sicuramente alcuni utenti li possiedono gi\u00e0, tuttavia i nuovi modelli possiedono caratteristiche pi\u00f9 avanzate, anche se la maggior parte deve essere ancora collegata allo smartphone per funzionare correttamente.<\/p>\n<h2>Samsung Galaxy Gear<\/h2>\n<p>Il Galaxy Gear, lo <strong>smart watch della Samsung<\/strong>, si potr\u00e0 acquistare per un prezzo non inferiore a 300\u20ac. Con una CPU a 800MHz, sistema operativo Android (non si sa quale versione), una fotocamera da 1,9 megapixel posizionata sul cinturino, bluetooth, uno schermo da 320&#215;320 pixel e 512 megabyte di RAM, sembra essere un prodotto interessante. Inoltre esistono gi\u00e0 delle applicazioni create appositamente per questo device.<\/p>\n<p>I contro? La batteria al litio dura solo un giorno, il microfono e la fotocamera integrati al cinturino non sembrano avere standard qualitativi elevati e l&#8217;orologio pu\u00f2 essere collegato solamente ad uno smartphone <strong>Samsung con Android 4.3<\/strong>. Questo non ne facilita certo la diffusione, ma queste considerazioni sembrano non spaventare la ditta produttrice, che punta sul farlo acquistare in quanto oggetto di moda e curiosit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<h2>Sony Smart Watch 2<\/h2>\n<p>Lo <strong>smart watch della Sony<\/strong>, nel frattempo, \u00e8 stato presentato come un <em>\u201cinfo gate gadget\u201d<\/em>. Questo smart watch, connesso al telefono tramite Bluetooth, viene infatti considerato (anche dall&#8217;azienda che lo produce) come una sorta di \u201cponte\u201d, per avere la comodit\u00e0 delle app al polso.<\/p>\n<p>I problemi di compatibilit\u00e0 con gli smartphone sono sostanzialmente diminuiti grazie alla <strong>tecnologia NFC<\/strong>. Resistente all&#8217;acqua, \u00e8 particolarmente consigliato ad un pubblico che vuole rimanere attento alla propria vita \u201csocial\u201d sul web, ma non per questo vuole distrarsi mentre vive la vita reale. Il prezzo non supera i 199\u20ac.<\/p>\n<h2>Qualcomm Toc<\/h2>\n<p>Un altro orologio pronto per il lancio sul mercato \u00e8 il <strong>Toc, smartwatch della Qualcomm<\/strong>, dotato di ricarica wireless e compatibile con Android 4.0.3: la versione per iOS sembra sar\u00e0 disponibile in futuro.<\/p>\n<p>Con il suo display da 1,5&#8243; ha un vantaggio rispetto al Galaxy Gear: con il suo e-link a colori permette una perfetta <strong>lettura alla luce del sole<\/strong>, cosa che risulta difficile con gli smart watch della concorrenza. La batteria ha un&#8217;autonomia di tre giorni ed \u00e8 possibile leggere gli SMS, ricevere ed effettuare chiamate e molto altro. Il costo \u00e8 di 300$.<\/p>\n<h2>Burq17<\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;unico dispositivo di questo genere in grado di essere completamente autonomo ed effettuare chiamate tramite la <strong>sim card<\/strong> (posta sul retro) \u00e8 lo <strong>smartphone Burq17<\/strong> dell&#8217;omonima azienda tedesca Burq.<\/p>\n<p>Dotato di display da 1,5&#8243; con una risoluzione di 240x240px, si pu\u00f2 usare unicamente con Android 4.0. Collegabile tramite bluetooth e wi-fi allo smartphone, \u00e8 fornito di microfono ed altoparlante. Il prezzo raggiunger\u00e0 i 399\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>Se tutti questi piccoli <strong>smartwatch<\/strong> hanno attirato la vostra attenzione, sappiate che \u00e8 allo studio un&#8217;app per Android che render\u00e0 molto pi\u00f9 semplice l&#8217;invio di SMS (data la dimensione ridotta dei display, se ne sente la necessit\u00e0).
