Se abiti i social l\u2019avrai notato anche tu. A volte agiscono su bacheche personali, a volte in community, a volte sulle fan page. Di chi parlo? Dei troll<\/strong>, chiaro!<\/p>\n

“Con il termine troll<\/b>, nel gergo di internet, si indica una persona che interagisce con gli altri utenti tramite messaggi provocatori, irritanti, fuori tema o semplicemente senza senso, con l’obiettivo di disturbare la comunicazione e fomentare gli animi” (Wikipedia)<\/cite><\/p>\n

Che differenza c\u2019\u00e8 tra un “provocatore” e un “troll”?<\/h2>\n

Perch\u00e9 \u00e8 importante per chi gestisce le social community capire dove e come agiscono? Il troll interviene solo per disturbare<\/strong> senza un senso critico o costruttivo. In genere aggredisce, insulta ed \u00e8 arrogante, ma \u00e8 molto furbo e spesso riesce a celarsi sotto falsa ingenuit\u00e0 o con interventi che esulano dal sentiment o dai contenuti della community.<\/p>\n

Il fine? Creare un flame<\/em> e, viralmente, un flame ware<\/strong><\/em> ovvero una fiammata che attiri inesorabilmente l\u2019attenzione.\u00a0Attento: c\u2019\u00e8 molta differenza tra chi lavora sui propri contenuti provocando reazioni per coinvolgere e chi butta frasi senza senso o volutamente fumose. Io considero un provocatore, colui che con gusto e intelligenza favorisce una discussione sulla propria bacheca o community, chi crea cio\u00e8 il famoso engagement<\/em>. Parliamoci chiaro: un buon community manager deve essere anche un po\u2019 provocatore<\/strong>, essere attivo e questo \u00e8 parte imprescindibile della sua professionalit\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Cosa fanno i troll?<\/h2>\n

Col tempo impari a riconoscerli. Le azioni alle volte sono veloci, ma facilmente individuabili. Ecco alcune delle azioni dei troll sui social network<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • spammano lo stesso contenuto su diverse bacheche<\/li>\n
  • usano un linguaggio volgare e aggressivo<\/li>\n
  • postano anche solo frasi o icone\u00a0nonsense<\/strong> che favoriscono in automatico il “cosa intendevi dire”<\/em>?<\/li>\n
  • pubblicano notizie false utilizzando a volte nomi utenti falsi (fake)<\/li>\n
  • pubblicano link a siti pericolosi perch\u00e8 infettati da virus<\/li>\n
  • intervengono con post che contengono l\u2019esatto opposto del concept della community<\/li>\n
  • insultano e deridono gli utenti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Perch\u00e9 un troll trolla?<\/h2>\n

    Esiste un ramo della psicologia legata alle psicopatologie del web<\/strong> che studia costantemente questi comportamenti (dalla psicologia alla sociologia dei nuovi media). Sinteticamente, queste persone sono attratte dalle dinamiche comunicative pi\u00f9 pure della rete: sei in un gruppo, connesso direttamente ad altra gente, ma grazie alla distanza tecnica e tecnologica che lo strumento permette di avere, puoi nasconderti<\/strong> e celarti dietro falsi nomi, sfoderando comportamenti che con tutta probabilit\u00e0 nella vita reale non avrai mai.<\/p>\n

    Chi si nasconde dietro un troll?<\/h2>\n

    Una persona fragile<\/strong>, che lo nasconde molto bene perch\u00e8 arriva al punto di farti perdere le staffe o l’interesse per quella community. Il troll cerca attenzioni, ma \u00e8 una tendenza narcisistica propria di chi in genere lavora sui social network (chi pi\u00f9 e chi meno). \u00c8 una voglia di attirare attenzioni che diventa patologica perch\u00e9 arriva, appunto, a farti agire in maniera assurda.<\/p>\n

    Il troll si diverte a far perdere il controllo agli altri perch\u00e9 cos\u00ec ha la sensazione di poter controllare<\/strong> qualcuno. Sensazione fittizia visto che con tutta probabilit\u00e0 ha un disagio interno, familiare o di tipo affettivo.<\/p>\n

    Cosa fare se ti colpisce un troll?<\/h2>\n

    Attenzione, attenzione e ancora attenzione. Il troll non aspetta altro che trarti in inganno e farti cascare in errore cos\u00ec da poterti poi attaccare. L’azione vincente dovrebbe essere quella di ignorare<\/strong>, ma spesso non \u00e8 possibile, soprattutto se attacca i tuoi utenti. Puoi allora cercare di mediare<\/strong> per riportare la calma, ma senza mai dare giudizi o etichettare. Lo so, non \u00e8 semplice, ma il rischio sarebbe troppo alto: ti ritroveresti inutilmente con un nemico agguerrito. Infine, se proprio si tratta di persona molesta, la puoi sempre bannare<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Non tutti i troll vengono per nuocere!<\/h2>\n

    Cosa pu\u00f2 esserci di positivo in un trolling<\/em> serrato alle tue pagine? Molto direi! Innanziutto ti rafforzi e impari a gestire le crisi<\/strong> e le emergenze. Potenzi le tue difese e aumenti l’attenzione per la gestione della community. Di fatto, un trolling fatto bene porta comunque visibilit\u00e0 e movimento alla tua pagina, non credi?<\/p>\n
