C&#8217;\u00e8 per\u00f2 un aspetto che su cui proprio non \u00e8 possibile fare paragoni: <strong>le spedizioni<\/strong>. Un corriere non \u00e8 facilmente comparabile ad un sacchetto della spesa.<\/p>\n<p>Per aprire un ecommerce occorre valutare questo importante aspetto ed essere pronti per gestirne tutte le problematiche. Non solo: occorre <strong>valutare il tutto dal punto di vista del cliente<\/strong> che deve sentirsi il pi\u00f9 possibile sicuro di ricevere in tempo e senza problemi la merce acquistata.<\/p>\n<p>Per prima cosa occorre <strong>scegliere un fornitore<\/strong>: fintanto che le spedizioni sono poche \u00e8 pensabile di spedire tramite raccomandata o comunque &#8220;gestire a mano&#8221; le spedizioni. Presto per\u00f2 occorrer\u00e0 automatizzare la gestione delle spedizioni e attivare un <strong>contratto con un corriere<\/strong>. Il nostro sito dovr\u00e0 gestire in modo pi\u00f9 automatizzato possibile tutta la gestione della spedizione. O almeno dovr\u00e0 essere predisposto a farlo non appena l&#8217;incremento delle vendite lo rendesse necessario (vedi il post sul <a title=\"Aprire un ecommerce: il software\" href=\"https:\/\/www.artera.net\/it\/blog\/ecommerce\/aprire-un-ecommerce-il-software\">software e la scalbilit\u00e0<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Avere un contratto con un corriere significa avere la possibilit\u00e0 di <strong>interfacciare il nostro ecommerce con il sistema di spedizione del nostro fornitore<\/strong> e generare cos\u00ec in modo automatico la richiesta di ritiro, le etichette, le lettere di vettura e, importantissimo, il <em>tracking code<\/em> da inviare al cliente per permettere il tracciamento della spedizione.<\/p>\n<p>Dal punto di vista del cliente, invece, \u00e8 importante che siano <strong>ben chiare le &#8220;regole&#8221;<\/strong>. Sul nostro sito dovremo scrivere in modo evidente i metodi di spedizione, i tempi di consegna e, importantissimo, <strong>il metodo di restituzione della merce<\/strong> per eventuali problemi: un ecommerce non permette all&#8217;acquirente di visionare in modo diretto i prodotti prima dell&#8217;acquisto, <strong>regole chiare di restituzione<\/strong> ed un <strong>numero di telefono<\/strong> da poter chiamare in caso di problemi rassicurano il cliente e possono risultare decisivi nella scelta del sito su cui acquistare.<\/p>\n<p>Le spedizioni, inoltre, sono un <strong>costo notevole<\/strong> a carico di chi spedisce. La scelta di farle pagare interamente al cliente in fase di ordine pu\u00f2 per\u00f2 non essere la scelta migliore poich\u00e9 si rischia di perdere parecchi acquirenti. La soluzione ottimale da questo punto di vista, in molti casi, \u00e8 quella di &#8220;caricare&#8221; sul cliente solamente <strong>una parte del costo delle spese<\/strong>, impostare un <strong>minimo d&#8217;ordine<\/strong> generale sul nostro sito (di modo da limitare le &#8220;perdite&#8221;) e impostare <strong>una cifra sopra la quale le consegne sono gratuite<\/strong> per invogliare l&#8217;acquirente ad acquisti pi\u00f9 corposi in un&#8217;unica soluzione.<\/p>\n<p>Un&#8217;ultima nota che anticipa il nostro prossimo post: esiste la possibilit\u00e0 di spedire la <strong>merce in contrassegno<\/strong>, modalit\u00e0 che risulta pi\u00f9 onerosa ma, che per molti clienti ancora restii ad utilizzare la propria carta di credito online, risulta estremamente comoda.
