\"\"Functions.php <\/strong>\u00e8 uno dei file chiave che compongono la struttura di un template WordPress<\/strong>. Come suggerisce il nome stesso, il file functions.php \u00e8 uno dei componenti che permettono di estendere\/modificare le funzioni del CMS. Con piccole modifiche\/aggiunte al codice \u00e8 possibile potenziare di molto il nostro tema. Vediamo qualche esempio.<\/p>\n

NOTA BENE: tutto il prossimo codice dovr\u00e0 essere implementato nel file functions.php<\/strong>. Questo velocizza anche lo sviluppo web su WordPress<\/strong>: tutto \u00e8 concentrato e gestibile in un unico file.<\/p>\n

1) Aggiungere Google Analytics a WordPress<\/h2>\n

Il codice di Google Analytics <\/strong>serve per monitorare la provenienza di accessi e visite al sito: \u00e8 una parte importante nella gestione quotidiana di un sito web, in quanto permette di analizzare i risultati e capire cosa migliorare o potenziare.<\/p>\n

Rimuovere il numero di versione di WordPress <\/strong>pu\u00f2 essere molto utile per la protezione del sistema: un malintenzionato non potr\u00e0 sfruttare in questo modo le falle o i bug della release.<\/p>\n

3) Logo personalizzato nella dashboard<\/h2>\n

La personalizzazione dell’area admin pu\u00f2 essere utile per vari modi: uno di questi \u00e8 migliorare la familiarit\u00e0 del software al cliente, che alla visione del logo aziendale<\/strong> acquisisce “pi\u00f9 in fretta” le varie funzioni del prodotto. Non ci credete? Allora provate a fare un confronto fra CMS \u00a0“anonimo” e “personalizzato”, poi stimate il grado di produttivit\u00e0.<\/p>\n

4) Cambiare il testo del footer<\/h2>\n

Il cambio del testo nel footer <\/strong>\u00e8 una di quelle operazioni che vengono compiute primariamente nello sviluppo di siti web tramite WordPress<\/strong>. Con poche righe di codice si pu\u00f2 modificare agevolmente il footer:<\/p>\n

5) Abilitare le miniature nei post (thumbnails)<\/h2>\n

Da WordPress 2.9 <\/strong>in poi \u00e8 possibile abilitare nel proprio tema la visualizzazione delle miniature immagini nei post. Basta incollare nel file functions.php la seguente stringa:<\/p>\n

6) Rimuovere la funzione di ricerca<\/h2>\n
