Partendo dal pc del lavoro \u2014 con l\u2019integrazione video della chat Messenger e di Office \u2014 sino alla console di casa \u2014 dove <strong>Skype potrebbe dialogare con Kinect <\/strong>\u2014 passando per lo smartphone, con il servizio di Voip che farebbe le veci di Google Voice per i terminali Android e di Facetime su iPhone\/iPad. Nelle idee del colosso ci sarebbe dunque la realizzazione di <strong>un ambiente integrato e interconnesso<\/strong>, a livello\u00a0vocale e visivo.<\/p>\n<h3>Potenziale da fuoriserie, con qualche tara<\/h3>\n<p>Di fatto Microsoft ha messo sul piatto\u00a0<strong>14,7 dollari per ogni utente reale di Skype<\/strong>, decisamente inferiori ai 45,6 pagati da eBay nel 2005. Le basi per il potenziale affare ci son tutte, sorrette dai numeri con cui si propone oggi Skype. Pi\u00f9 di 8 milioni dei suoi utenti hanno in essere un servizio a pagamento, mentre\u00a0il fatturato 2010 ammonterebbe a 860 milioni di dollari. Ci son da registrare per\u00f2 anche delle perdite, nell&#8217;ultima annualit\u00e0 pari a 7 milioni: un dato che si spiega con le <strong>difficolt\u00e0 a monetizzare il ricco audience <\/strong>che ruota intono all&#8217;offerta di servizi internet.<\/p>\n<h3>Facebook potrebbe fregarsi le mani<\/h3>\n<p>Al momento chi pu\u00f2 salutare con soddisfazione la mossa Microsoft \u00e8 <strong>Facebook.<\/strong> Gli analisti lo danno per ora come <strong>il grande vincitore della vicenda<\/strong>. Zuckerberg senza spendere miliardi <strong>potrebbe accedere agli asset di Skype via Microsoft<\/strong>. Gli acquirenti avranno fatto bene i conti?\u00a0Di certo, nella storia della big M, sono state davvero rare le acquisizioni miliardarie.\u00a0L&#8217;ultimo tentativo, peraltro non portato a termine, risale al 2008, quando\u00a0per la cifra\u00a0record di 48 miliardi a Redmond cercarono di\u00a0far loro la company <a title=\"Yahoo\" href=\"http:\/\/it.yahoo.com\/\">Yahoo!<\/a>.
